Villa Vipolže

We prepared project documentation for the renovation of the Renaissance Villa Vipolže, which comprises a basement and three floors with various functional spaces. A restaurant and a multipurpose hall were designed within the building, along with a banquet area with an accompanying kitchen intended for the organization of various events.

In the attic section of the building, there are four apartments and two suites. Wide corridors on all floors allow for the installation of exhibitions, further enhancing the functionality of the space. Access to all floors is provided by an elevator, ensuring easy and barrier-free movement throughout the entire building.

The outdoor areas are arranged in a way that enables the organization of various outdoor events, and the villa was put into operation at the end of 2015 following the completion of construction.
